Mini Cocotte Brownies

Stir up a Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix according to package instructions, scoop into greased mini cocottes, and sprinkle a few Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips on top for the cutest little Valentine dessert ever. I topped mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup, but you could certainly skip the sundae toppings and enjoy them right out of the cocottes as a lovely grand finale to whatever you're cooking up for your sweetie.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease insides of mini cocottes.
  2. Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in mixing bowl and stir until completely combined.
  3. Use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to scoop out batter and transfer into prepared mini cocottes and sprinkle each with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not over bake.
