Mini Cocotte Brownies
Stir up a Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix according to package instructions, scoop into greased mini cocottes, and sprinkle a few Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips on top for the cutest little Valentine dessert ever. I topped mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup, but you could certainly skip the sundae toppings and enjoy them right out of the cocottes as a lovely grand finale to whatever you're cooking up for your sweetie.
Ingredients
- 1 Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease insides of mini cocottes.
- Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in mixing bowl and stir until completely combined.
- Use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to scoop out batter and transfer into prepared mini cocottes and sprinkle each with chocolate chips.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not over bake.
