Pesto Caesar Salad Skewers

• 1 cup real mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 wedge parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon pesto
• 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Maldon salt
• 1 head Romaine lettuce
• multi-colored cherry tomatoe

1. Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan, pesto and lemon juice until thoroughly combined.
2. Cut romaine into small chunks and thread on wooden skewers~ romaine, then cherry tomato, then romaine, then cherry tomato, then romaine and top with parmesan star (cut slices of the parmesan wedge, then cut out stars with star shaped cookie cutter).
3. Drizzle assembled skewers with dressing, then garnish with additional finely shredded parmesan (garland for the tree) and Maldon salt.
4.  Arrange on platter and serve.
