Pesto Caesar Salad Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 wedge parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Maldon salt
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- multi-colored cherry tomatoe
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan, pesto and lemon juice until thoroughly combined.
- Cut romaine into small chunks and thread on wooden skewers~ romaine, then cherry tomato, then romaine, then cherry tomato, then romaine and top with parmesan star (cut slices of the parmesan wedge, then cut out stars with star shaped cookie cutter).
- Drizzle assembled skewers with dressing, then garnish with additional finely shredded parmesan (garland for the tree) and Maldon salt.
- Arrange on platter and serve.
