Cool as a Cucumber Salad

• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons honey white balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 3 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
2. Toss dressing with 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers, 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions and 1 teaspoon sliced shallots.
