Protein-packed Tzatziki Board

If you're a tzatziki lover like me, this one's for you! I fell hard for the traditional creamy herb-forward cucumber sauce slathered on gyros when we were on our amazing trip to Greece a few years ago and couldn't resist creating this Protein-packed Tzatziki Board to serve all spring and summer long with crispy pita thins and all of your favorite fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Lifeway Farmer cheese
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dillweed
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • fresh dill sprigs
  • 1/2 lemon sliced into thin wheels
  • pita thins

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all tzatziki dip ingredients, stirring until thoroughly combined.
  2. Spread tzatziki dip over serving platter. Arrange vegetables and pita thins on top.
  3. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and thinly sliced lemon wheels.
