Protein-packed Tzatziki Board
If you're a tzatziki lover like me, this one's for you! I fell hard for the traditional creamy herb-forward cucumber sauce slathered on gyros when we were on our amazing trip to Greece a few years ago and couldn't resist creating this Protein-packed Tzatziki Board to serve all spring and summer long with crispy pita thins and all of your favorite fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Lifeway Farmer cheese
- 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dillweed
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- fresh dill sprigs
- 1/2 lemon sliced into thin wheels
- pita thins
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all tzatziki dip ingredients, stirring until thoroughly combined.
- Spread tzatziki dip over serving platter. Arrange vegetables and pita thins on top.
- Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and thinly sliced lemon wheels.
