Peaches & Cream Parfait Pops

Creamy Greek yogurt mixed with honey, fresh peaches and almond extract topped with my favorite granola frozen on a stick. I've been LOVING having these refreshing treats in the freezer. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces whole milk plain Greek yogurt (do not use nonfat)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or more, if you prefer a sweeter treat)
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 3 ripe peaches, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup Purely Elizabeth granola

Instructions

  1. Beat honey and almond extract into yogurt until thoroughly combined.
  2. Layer yogurt mixture, then peaches, then more yogurt mixture on top into molds and sprinkle with granola on top.
  3. Insert wooden popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for several hours (at least four) until frozen.
  5. Remove mold from freezer and let popsicles thaw for about 10 minutes (mine took 12 minutes), until popsicles easily release.
