Clusters of Love
As beautiful to behold as they are to eat, these Clusters of Love are the easiest dessert ever to make and would be a lovely grand finale for Valentine's Day. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole roasted almonds
- 10 ounce bag Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Heath chips
- 1 pint fresh raspberries, washed and dried
- Maldon salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl in microwave, 30 seconds at a time, checking to see when they are melted.
- Stir until smooth.
- Lay out a sheet of parchment over a cutting board.
- Spoon melted chocolate into heart shapes, mounding up in the middle a bit.
- Arrange a fresh raspberries, an almond and Heath chips on each cluster.
- Sprinkle with Maldon salt.
- Let cool completely.
- Peel parchment off clusters.
