Blender Chimichurri

With minimal ingredients and virtually no prep time, you’ll be whipping up this fast, fresh, fabulous steak sauce for the rest of the summer.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup fresh oregano leaves
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup lemon olive oil

Instructions

1. Blend red wine vinegar, shallots and salt.

2. Add oregano leaves and fresh basil leaves.

3. Stream in lemon olive oil.

4. Drizzle over sliced grill steak.
